The app also supports text and live free drawing. The text can be customized with size, font, color etc, and animated in different ways. Free drawing shows up live on the screen as you draw.

Different media can be added to programs and looped. The screen can be divided into sections, allowing you to display different types of media in different sections simultaneously.

What type of power bank should I use for my Ledback HD?

Ledback HD requires a standard USB-A external power bank (not included). The LED screen has a peak power consumption of 15?W, which means that you require a power bank with an output of for example 5V/3A (5V*3A=15W) or 9V/2A (9V*2A=18W). The size/capacity of a power bank typically ranges between 5000-20000 mAh. Choose battery size according to your needs. A larger power bank gives you more time between charges.

How long does a battery last?

The battery time depends on the size/capacity of the battery, and what type of media you display. Small, dark images requires less power than larger, brighter animations for example. However, with a "standard" power bank, and "normal" use, the battery will typically last for days.

What can I do in the app?

In the app, you can: Connect to and manage your device. Turn on/off the Screen and adjust screen brightness. Choose between light or dark mode. Access the free content library. Upload and manage content. Program, change and loop content. Write and customize text. Draw using the live free draw feature. Divide the screen into zones and set different content in different zones.

Can I set a password for my Ledback HD?

Yes, you can set a password for your Ledback HD in the app settings.

Does my phone have to be connected for the screen to display content?

Your phone only has to be connected in order to upload/choose and program content. Then simply connect the power bank and the screen will display the pre-programmed content.

How do I clean my Ledback HD?

Your Ledback HD is water-resistant, but that doesn't mean you can wash it in the washing machine. Use a damp or wet cloth to clean your Ledback HD. DO NOT use any chemicals, abrasive cleaners or bleach. DO NOT machine wash or tumble dry. DO NOT submerge the LED screen or other electronics in water.

What if I have trouble connecting to my Ledback HD?

  • Ensure that the power bank is charged and connected.
  • Ensure that Bluetooth is on and make sure to "Allow precise location" during setup.
  • Ensure that the app is updated.
  • If you are still unable to connect, reinstall the app and make sure to "Allow precise location" during the setup.
